This paper includes a new formula for calculating the velocity of any body in a stable orbit.This new formula is derived from the reasoning behind this hypothesis of dark matter. We travel through the key discoveries and discoverers of the concepts needed to deduce what causes the unexpected amount of acceleration in stars orbiting the edges of galaxies and end with a mathematical proof of this acceleration rate.In this hypothesis, there is no need for extra matter in the universe. Dark matter reduces to a "gravitational saturation" that occurs within galaxies and close to sources of gravity with large surface areas.
