The invariant shape descriptor tool is a methodology which can identify the basics shapes of an image. There are three basic shapes rectangle, triangle and circle. These basic shapes have a circularity value by which we can identify them. If a image either translated or rotated or sheared then it's surrounding shapes are changed but the basic shapes may exist within it. So, invariant shape descriptor tool can identify the basic shapes still the image variant in nature. This kind study applied over alphabets here. In cancer, if a cell or tissue were affected then their size of nucleus or cell rapidly change and get irregular shape. So, invariant shape descriptor tool plays a significant role to identify basic shapes which are exist within the irregular cell. This study helps medical practitioners to take proper decision regarding the diagnostic process to cure the patient.
